Local artist Kate Gray has been busy at the corner of 10th & Broadway transforming a traffic box into a work of art. She's usually out in the morning and early evening so stop by and watch her in action.
The traffic box project is part of an overall graffiti prevention program and is organized by the City of Columbia Office of Cultural Affairs with assistance from the Convention and Visitors Bureau and The District.
