The Blind Boone Ragtime & Early Jazz Festival Starts Today.




Discover the roots of American music, and join “Raggies” from around the country at this annual fest celebrating the music of J.W. “Blind” Boone.

The three-day Blind Boone Ragtime & Early Jazz Festival is jam-packed with entertainment - open pianos, cameo appearances, music fairs, seminars and concerts - all held at the Missouri Theatre in downtown Columbia.

Evening Concerts are followed by Afterglow— informal Jam Sessions that follow the evening concerts. Hosted at the headquarters hotel’s restaurant, The Stadium Grill, Stadium Boulevard and College Avenue/Rock Quarry Road. The Headquarters Hotel is The Hampton Inn & Suites at the University of Missouri, 1225 Fellow Place, Columbia, MO 65201.
