The City of Columbia announces that Wednesday, October 31 and Thursday, November 1 beginning at 10:00 pm through 6:00 am, a portion of Ninth Street, from Woodson Way, north, to Elm Street, will be closed. The closure will allow for THM Investments to install windows on the building located at 308 S. Ninth Street. The street will re-open at 6:00 am on Thursday November 1. Pedestrians and motorists are urged to avoid the area and use an alternate route.
