The City of Columbia announces that beginning Monday, Oct. 22, at 7 a.m., a portion of the sidewalk on the east side of Tenth Street, near the intersection of Tenth and Elm Street, will be closed. The closure will allow for Dale Sign Service to install signs on the building located at 260 S. Tenth St. The sidewalk will re-open by 5 p.m. Pedestrians are urged to avoid the area and use an alternate route.
