Ever wonder who's responsible for painting the traffic boxes throughout The District? You can be! We've worked with the city to fund artworks on five traffic boxes and now we're looking for a sixth.
If you're a local artist with a great idea, applications are now being accepted for the next Traffic Box Art project. Review information about the project, artist eligibilty and application instructions and download the template for submitting design proposals on the Office of Cultural Affairs website. You can even submit your application online.
