Council Charge to Committee
The Council has asked the Planning and Zoning Commission, Downtown Leadership Council, Historic Preservation Commission, Downtown Community Improvement District and the three adjoining Neighborhood Associations (North Central, Benton-Stephens, East Campus) make fundamental and basic recommendations on what, if any, changes should be made to C-2 Zoning, setback, height, parking and landscaping requirements and regulations.

In an effort to proceed in a timely manner on getting provisions in place, they are asking us to provide feedback no later than March 31, 2013. The goal of this committee is to draft a set of recommendations for the CID Board to consider on Tuesday, March 12.
