The Downtown Community Improvement District (CID) is seeking nominations to fulfill two open vacancies on the board of directors with terms ending Jan. 31, 2015.
This is a working board and all members are expected to serve on committees, volunteer their services, and aid in outreach to members.
Board and committee members must fulfill a number of statutory requirements so be sure to check the guidelines if you are interested. Guidelines, applications and the CID Plan are available by calling our offices at (573) 442-6816 or by emailing info@discoverthedistrict.com.
Applications must be received in The District office at 11 S. Tenth St. by Friday, May 10, 2013, at noon.
