More Residential Coming Downtown

The City Council has approved a rezoning request for land on the corner of College and Walnut. Nathan and Jonathan Odle are planning a 4-story, mixed-use building that would add approximately 300 additional residents to The District. Combined with their two projects on Tenth Street, the Odles will be tripling the number of people living downtown.
