This Sunday is the annual Soap Box Derby where kids and adults alike race down Broadway in little wood cars. Races start at 8:30 am and go to 4:00 pm but if you're in the mood for some throwdowns, come by at 11:00 as Mayor McDavid takes on Presiding Commissioner Robb as they decide once and for all who's cooler, the city or the county.
