Ragtag Cinema is excited to announce a new film series in June: Homebrewed.
A sort of domestic sibling of their fall Passport Series, Homebrewed celebrates the most adventurous, well-crafted American independent narrative features of the past year. Film screenings will feature Q&As with the filmmakers and live music from supremely talented buskers. Plus, rumor has it Uprise Bakery will be providing samples of a different beer from each film's setting.
They kick off on June 1 with Turkey Bowl, directed by Columbia's own Kyle Smith, who returns for an in-person Q&A. All films play Wednesdays at 7pm. $8 for public, $5 for members.
