Don't miss the final in the Hot Summer Nights series, the Missouri Symphony Orchestra Showcase at the Missouri Theatre Center for the Arts, 203 South 9th Street.
The event takes place at 7:30 pm on Saturday July 9th. The orchestra closes the season featuring its own players as soloists, as well as bringing the Festival to a dramatic and scintillating end with two musical works for dance, Stravinsky’s colorful Firebird Suite and the “forever 10” Bolero. Bach Concerto for two violins in d minor Stravinsky Firebird Suite Strauss Concerto for oboe Ravel Bolero.
