Bring the kids in their costumes to The District for a night of trick or treating tonight, Friday the 28th. Participating businesses will be handing out treats from 4 - 6 p.m. Over 50 stores and restaurants will be participating. It's fun for the whole family! Just look for the poster shown above, to know which businesses are passing out goodies.
