Columbia College to host a William Faulkner impersonator on Thursday at 7:30 pm at Dorsey Chapel, 1001 Rogers St.
John Dennis Anderson will perform as novelist William Faulkner. A professor at Emerson College in Boston, Anderson also is an accomplished oral interpreter. Faulkner was known for his novels including “The Sound and the Fury” (1929) and “As I Lay Dying” (1930). He also wrote screenplays including “The Big Sleep”. Faulkner was awarded the Nobel Prize in 1950.
