Temporary sidewalk closure on Cherry Street

The city of Columbia announces that on Wednesday, April 11, the sidewalk on the north side of Cherry Street between Eighth and Ninth Street will be closed during the day, weather permitting. Sodawerx LLC will be painting the front of buildings along that block of Cherry Street. Pedestrians are advised to avoid the area and detour around this block of Cherry Street to avoid delays.

The parking garage at 8th & Cherry will NOT be affected.
