The Board of the Downtown Community Improvement District will be meeting at 4 pm on Tuesday, August 21 to officially set the CID property assessment rate.
The CID Petition, approved by voters and the City Council, set the rate at .4778 cents per $100 of assessed valuation. This meeting is required but it will be a pro forma vote--the board will not be changing this rate.
The meeting will be held at 11 S. Tenth and we expect the meeting to last approximately 10 minutes.
